Contracting Efficiency- BPSI has many vehicles in place to expedite the procurement process.  As an 8(a) certified corporation, any government agency can sole source contracts up to 3.5 M in value without competition. We are also on GSA Schedule 66 (Scientific Equipment and Services; Contract #GS-07F-0292U) and have a Blanket Purchase Agreement with the NIH (BPA; #HHSN263200900173B). We have also been awarded a 90M IDIQ for Professional and Administrative Support Services (PASS Schedule IV) for all branches of the military. All of these vehicles will substantially expedite the procurement process, allowing you to obtain your mission-critical resources sooner.
