Professional and Administrative Services BPSI understands the integral role that professional and administrative services provide to the infrastructure of any agency. BPSI currently has over 20 contracts providing professional and administrative support to government agencies in 30 US States and territories. BPSI with their partner; MPSC (BPSI-MPSC LLC) were awarded in September, 2009 a 90M IDIQ for Professional and Administrative Support Services (PASS). This IDIQ awarded through Selfridge Air Force Base is set aside for all branches of the military to utilize. The primary services provided are program management, training, human resource management, family assistance and a myriad of administrative and clerical functions.
