The business growth that BPSI has had in government contracting is largely due to the executive management and oversight of Ms. Roden. She has built a corporate infrastructure which includes a human resources division, a contract management division, a finance division, and a business development division.  Central to the mission of the corporation is a focus on client satisfaction and retention and support of employees.  From an executive management perspective, Ms. Roden has established a strong human resource department focused on top quality recruitment and retention of highly trained employees.  She developed and implemented a complete life-cycle management process for employees resulting in a strong retention rate resulting in uninterrupted service for clients. She also established an awards program to recognize excellent performance. This corporate recognition of effort creates a sense of community and motivates employees to perform at peak levels.  The commitment of these employees is largely responsible for the success of BPSI.
